3 Ideas for Wedding Cake Decorations

Someday you will certainly be involved in this gracious trade whether you’re an expert cake decorator or a bride-to-be or friend of the bride. The emphasis here would be to decorate a wedding cake which is like decorating a new life for a new couple.

The cake you planned does not necessary require it to be world class but it definitely represents the bride and bridegroom and must be done with care. The plan is straightforward but stylish; factual but outstanding.

1. Classic Elegance Wedding Cake - These wedding cake decorations foundations are assembled on three-tiered pedestals of off-white fondant which is used to ice the cake and attractive fresh cream scroll work is used to decorate the cake.

White cake stand decorations like streamers can be positioned around the cake while the cake is topped with a bunch of beige flowers (in champagne color).

2. Orchid White Fondant Natural Wedding Cake - This four-tiered wedding cake reaches by numerous folded layers of greenish scroll work. The natural born love was emphasized by the suggestion of the wedding cake decoration: fair fondant.

It was designed for the cake and is garnished with dotted lilac orchids. Because the cake itself has a lot of detail and is complex, too much table decorations are to be avoided.

3. Floral 4 levels Wedding Cake - The first layer of the wedding cake is prepared with chocolate cake. The 2nd layer is a butter cake. The 3rd layer wedding cake is also prepared with chocolate cake. Both the bride and groom’s ideas were used for the wedding cake decorations and was inspired by the life experiences.

Gorgeous fresh fruits like strawberry and kiwis were used to decorate the top whilst the icing was a butter cream icing. Apart from the roses, the flowers were all prepared of fondant.

These are just 3 of so many other wedding cake decorations you could do. It's a lot of pressure, but also gives you a massive sense of accomplishment.
